Originally
started with a few players, the Little Zion Acoustic Group has grown into an organized band of eight members.
We play four times a year at Little Zion during special services called "Of the Land and Seasons." Land and Seasons services offer prayers and music
that reflect our connection to the land around us. 'Land and Seasons'
services are observed in Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall, and are unique and special to Little Zion. We are eager to share them with you. For a schedule
of quarterly 'Land and Seasons' services, contact the church office.
LZAG
has performed at various area churches and outdoor venues, and at
such places we play a variety of music, ranging from early American
folk, Celtic, Bluegrass, and of course, sacred songs. George Buchanan
is our group leader and he welcomes the opportunity to arrange for
LZAG to perform at non-church functions. You may contact
George for more information.
